Also makes a fabulous shrimp, chicken or scallops scampi. Just simmer olive oil and package of mix for a few minutes. Add any of the following: mushrooms, pimento, diced tomatoes, diced bell pepper, diced celery, crumbled bacon, . Pour over pasta. Garnish with grated Parmasan cheese. Serve with green salad and wine.
 

Also, good over fresh, steamed vegetables or rice.
