We make our own dips (dip mixes) and dessert mixes from the freshest seasonings and ingredients available. We develop the dip recipes and dessert recipes, mix the ingredients, package and then label them with love and care in a Department of Agriculture licensed kitchen.

All of our dessert recipes (no bake cheesecake, etc.) are made with one package of cream cheese and one package of Cool Whip or similar dairy topping. Our dessert mixes are wonderful on bagels, cookies, graham crackers, waffles, muffins, etc.
The most popular way of serving these dessert mixes is with these new bite sized graham cracker dipping sticks that they sell at most supermarkets. These dipping sticks are specifically made for dipping. And they are wonderful!

Believe it or not, in a microwave oven, these small pellets pop up into the same kind of pork rinds you buy in the store. Just like microwave popcorn. Just put a small handful of Jimmy's Microwave Pork Rinds in a paper lunch bag for a minute and a half. (NOTE: Our new labels say to cook for two minutes. We think we made a mistake. Stick with a minute and a half at first. Increase time if you need to.)
They look and taste just like regular pork rinds, except they are less salty. You can still hear them crackling and popping when you pour them out of the bag. As fresh as can be!
